How long should I plan to spend there?

Can I leave and return later?

Your wristband allows all-day access on the purchase date. It’s non-transferable, void if removed, and allows re-entry with an intact wristband. Follow all posted rules; access to every attraction isn’t guaranteed. Misconduct may result in removal without a refund.

Are there any age, weight or height restrictions?

Yes, certain attractions have height and weight restrictions. Check specific attraction guidelines for details.

Can I drop my kids off to play?

It depends on the age of the kids. Children ages 9 and under must be supervised by a paid guest age 16+ on the attraction floor. Anyone 15 years old and under needs an adult (18+) in the building at all times. Kids 17 and under must have a signed waiver from an adult.

Are we allowed to take photos?

Yes, feel free to capture the fun with plenty of selfie spots! However, phones and cameras are prohibited in the ropes courses, suspended bridges, and climbing walls. Additionally, photos and videos of others require express permission or written consent from parents/guardians for minors.

Is Fritz’s Adventure wheelchair accessible?

Yes, Fritz’s Adventure is wheelchair accessible. The building is also equipped with an elevator.
